Gabriel J. Hermann

Biography

Gabriel J. Hermann, a founding partner of Hermann Law Group, PLLC, began practicing Disability Law in 1997, and has successfully represented thousands of disabled claimants since that time. After earning degrees from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University, New York, Gabe began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Brooklyn Family Court Division of the New York Corporation Counsel’s Office. After two years with a large, national disability law firm, in 1999 he began working with Lew Insler, a well-known Disability Law attorney in Westchester County, NY. Gabe and Lew became partners in 2003, forming Insler and Hermann, LLC. Upon Mr. Insler’s retirement in 2016, Gabe formed The Hermann Law Group, PLLC. The Hermann Law Group is one of the leading disability law firms in the tri-state region with offices in Tarrytown, NY, Hackensack, NJ. Danbury, CT and Wappingers Falls, NY.
