Joel Zelkowitz

Biography

Joel Zelkowitz is a Partner with Uscher, Quiat, Uscher, & Russo. After graduating from Temple University School of Law in 2013, Joel began his career as a Public Defender in Northeast Pennsylvania, where he gained significant litigation experience.

Since joining Uscher, Quiat, Uscher & Russo in 2015, Joel has developed an expertise in matters of complex insurance litigation, disability income insurance claims, ERISA Long Term Disability (LTD) claims, Long Term Care claims (LTC) and Life Insurance claims. He has dedicated his career to protecting the rights of his clients from the claims handling abuses of some of the world’s largest insurance carriers. Joel has the skills and compassion necessary to fight for his clients and get them the outcome they deserve. He understands the importance of responsive, client-centered representation and effective communication. Joel is a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inns of Court and a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
